AU 16 54329 Red Splash Cock Beauty and brains, this bird is a splitting image of my  Frank McLaughlin Staf Van Reet foundation cock bird. Slightly long casts with strong back, very bouyant and a beautiful golden breeding eye. His mother was my Imported Mardon Van Reet hen; I have several cocks from this pairing that I cross with my Janssen family with tremendous success. He has not been bred as I have have too many cock birds and I have several brothers who have already bred money winners. The Van Reets are everything you have heard about: extremly smart, agressive (they will rule the loft), very possesive and inquisitive. They race hard from any distance and at any speed. I have another one of his brothers in this auction that is a mirror image of the Mardon hen, you may consider both of them to quickly create a family by crossing their children.
